In the event of a dispute relating to the collection, use or disclosure of personal information in accordance with Law 25 on the protection of personal information in the private sector in Quebec, the parties undertake to favor an amicable resolution of the dispute. Failing such resolution, the dispute will be subject to a mediation process before any legal proceedings. If the dispute persists after mediation, the parties may bring the matter before the competent courts of Quebec. Judicial proceedings will be conducted with respect for the rights of the parties and in accordance with the legal provisions in force, paying particular attention to the protection of personal information and compliance with the principles established by Law 25.
